StarsVPN uses Telegram as the primary identity surface for both the mini app and the website. We store the minimum account information needed to provision subscriptions, deliver configs, and track referral rewards.

We do not market a browsing-history data product and we do not need your traffic contents to operate the service. Payment and subscription metadata may be retained for billing, fraud prevention, and support.

The website and mini app now share one backend identity layer. If you verify via Telegram on the web, the resulting account state is the same state used inside the mini app and bot workflows.
