Telegram Stars, proxy issuance, and successfully delivered digital configs are typically treated as fulfilled digital goods. Refunds are reviewed case by case when a delivery failure or payment-side issue can be reproduced.

If payment succeeds but the product surface cannot unlock delivery, contact support through the Telegram bot with the purchase context and timestamp so the team can review the session.

For recurring subscription issues or duplicate charges, report the payment through support as soon as possible. Include which surface you used: website, mini app, or bot.
