Payments
Payments are processed through Telegram Stars. If a payment succeeds but the plan is not activated, send your Telegram user ID and transaction ID to @starsvpn_bot.
Config delivery issues
If you did not receive a config after plan activation, use the 'My devices' section in the bot to regenerate it. If the issue persists, contact support via @starsvpn_bot.
Account verification
StarsVPN uses your Telegram account as the identity source. If you change your Telegram account, your old subscriptions will no longer be accessible from the new account.

All support is handled through the StarsVPN Telegram bot. Open @starsvpn_bot, type /support, and describe your issue. Response time is typically under 24 hours.
